Laura Ruby is the founder of YummyYards, a local edible landscape design company out of Boulder. She also co-founded the Lyons Permaculture Design Course over 3 years ago, was the garden coordinator for the Growe Foundation for the past 3.5 years, and teaches in the summer through CU Science Discovery. She is also starting her 8th after school garden club at University Hill Elementary (BVSD) this fall. She’ll also be joining the teaching team for the Growhaus Permaculture Design Course in Denver.
